My wife, Son and I went to the white water hotel to use the cascades fitness centre pool area. From the moment we walked in it was rubbish. The pool was freezing cold, tired and dirty. The staff were sub standard and unhelpful. The poor experience cost us 20. By contrast the week prior we went to the swan, where everything was perfect, staff were nice etc. The white water hotel and spar, where we cant really be botheredThis should be their tag line. Very poor, gone right down the pan.
2 night stay for 4 of us. Nice clean rooms and shower, friendly staff. A little disappointed with the restaurant meals, hot and tasty but portions very small, came out hungary. We would recommend The Dolly Blue bar meals, excellent quality and really large servings and cheaper.
Great place to stay we just loved it. Staff were really lovely and room was so clean with a great view. Can't fault it
Beautiful location with nice large room although bathroom has seen better days, it was nice but getting a bit shabby. All staff very friendly and helpful. All the food we had at the hotel was excellent. Had a small issue with the room on arrival but it was sorted out very quickly
Had a lovely time! We booked a night here after seeing a GroupOn offer so we took a punt and we were not disappointed. We had a big room with a lovely view of the river, and we booked a message which I would recommend. The deal also came with a full 3 course meal, which was excellent. Would highly recommend
