Very well kept station with restroom facilities and train timetables.
The station buildings require some TLC, plants growing in the gutters, and up on the roof and chimney pots etc. All looking a little neglected
Ulverston station is on the line between Lancaster and Carlisle. It is no more than a ten minute walk to the centre of the town. In the waiting room you will find a ticket office, a ticket machine and a toilet. For trains to Lancaster use the underpass via steps and a ramp.
A historic traditional Grade II Listed railway station on the scenic Cumbrian Coast Railway. Steam trains pass through from time to time.
Great little station apart from the fact there is no wheelchair / pram access to/from the far platform.
