I spent one year at one of the 2 bedroom flats and have nothing but positive things to say. The location was great - walking distance to the town and a large supermarket is a minute walk away. The Landlord and Landlady were both extremely friendly, approachable and helpful with any maintenance queries I had. They were always easy to contact and responded very quickly to all queries. I would happily stay here again if I were to go back to Ulverston.
The flat was a good size, great location and well furnished with everything you would require, the landlords and landlady were lovely and quick to solve/answer any problems/queries.
I had a very positive experience with New Digs. The house was very spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen was a great size and well-equipped. Despite the main road, noise was never a problem, though maybe that's because I had the back bedroom. Chris and Jacqui were very helpful and reliable landlords, always quick to respond to problems and queries. The application fees are comparatively low and our deposit was returned immediately after the tenancy. I would definitely recommend New Digs to anyone looking to rent in Ulverston.
