Great room, comfy beds and very clean.Helpful and friendly staff.Amazing food.Family friendly.I would highly recommend!
Nice new building with the usual standard of rooms. The toilet had not been cleaned in my room though
Room was boiling hot. No electric fan or air con to cool down with. Most importantly the window has no handles to open it or vents to circulate fresh air. Its a new building with these faults I wouldn't go back there again. Until the have a betterway of making the room cool down.
Stayed here couple of times now. Clean spacious rooms, Comfy beds, great approachable staff and close to town centre. Can't fault. Will book again
We paid for breakfast. The first morning we arrived for breakfast on time by 30 mins only to find that they'd stopped serving early because the breakfast chef hasn't turned up and the other guests had eaten all the cereal & continental breakfast. We got a refund no problem when there was an actual member of staff there to sort it. We won't be going again and to be honest we prefer the menu and food at Brewers Fayre. This is a Thyme premier Inn.
