Had a right hassle getting them to take a pair of faulty shoes back, theyve now had the shoes in their possession for over two weeks (know this as I sent them back recorded delivery).. I am still waiting for a refund, and they use the excuse that the warehouse deals with this stuff, but you cant speak to warehouse unless it is via email, and then they dont reply to emails. Will never use this company again. Theyre not even worth any sort of rating.

Extremely pleased and can't recommend this company enough. They helped sort an issue out which wasn't their fault and have been supportive throughout. Their clothing range is second to none and they have unbeatable prices on rare designer pieces.Will be making another purchase soon I'm sure.
Cant believe that Ive only just discovered Working class hero's. Stumbled upon a YouTube video of them reviewing jeans, and really appreciated the zero BS approach! So hit up the web store and spent 200 on some items. The photography is top notch, accurate colour representation throughout. BUT the SERVICE is next LEVEL! Thank you Dude.Definitely my new one stop!
Package got lost during final mile. Delivery company showed that it was delivered, but clearly it has not been delivered to the right address, otherwise I would have received my package (office address, 24/7 people at front desk: every package gets logged and stored, so no room for error). Contacted customer service at Working Class Heroes, and they felt given the delivery company said that the package got 'delivered', they did not needed to service me anymore. This is costing me 96 euro's , and I just cannot understand that any retailer is OK with the fact of helping their customers in this fashion. I will never, never, shop at Working Class Heroes again. Company that feels fine with their customers not getting stuff delivered and losing money is just mind boggling to me.
